Mental health coaching is a doorway to mental well-being.

As your mental health coach, I will help you create a healthy balanced life, guide decision-making, offer support in navigating mental health difficulties, and assist in establishing a sustainable plan to prioritize your mental health.

Through a collaborative and client-centered approach, we will find ways to obtain and maintain stability, manage difficult symptoms, rebuild relationships, and find a purpose for living.
I will work with you to find tools and strategies to cope with difficult emotions and thoughts, improve communication and relationships, and increase self-awareness and self-esteem that work for you.

Together we will identify obstacles and develop strategies to improve your emotional well-being and overall quality of life.
Trauma-Informed
Trauma-informed coaching is an approach that acknowledges and addresses the longterm impact trauma has on an individual's life and overall well-being.
It involves understanding how past traumatic experiences can affect a person's thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, and integrates this awareness into the coaching process.

Trauma-informed coaches recognize that the repercussions of trauma are long-lasting and can hinder an individual's ability to live fully and reach their goals. They create a safe and supportive environment that takes into account the unique needs and sensitivities of individuals who have experienced trauma.

This approach emphasizes respect, empowerment, and collaboration, and aims to avoid retraumatization or triggering distressing emotions during coaching.

As an individual, you experience the world through filters you’ve developed based on your thinking, perceptions, and values. Your filters either limit what you experience (like tunnel vision) or expand it (like a prism).

The Energy Leadership Assessment and debrief is a process that helps you recondition yourself to see the world and yourself in a different manner, which is going to trigger different thoughts, emotions, and therefore different results.

We could go straight to focusing on the actions you could take to get the results you want and if we do that it could give you modest, maybe incremental step-by-step results, or if we go through this process and change those underlying beliefs, we’ll create a ripple effect of change and results in every area of your life. This assessment tool will help us find those leverage points quickly creating long-lasting, sustainable change.
